Submit content for your website. You will receive the first draft of your website within 7-14 Business Days of receiving all necessary information for your website.

We will go back and forth with revisions and final edits until you are satisfied with the finished product.

Does the $197 cover the cost associated with the WIX platform?
*** IMPORTANT PLEASE READ *** This purchase does not cover the cost of a Paid Wix plan. Wix is available for free for as long as you want. If you need professional features like your own domain name or ecommerce, you must choose from one of their premium plans ranging from “Combo” to “Business VIP”. The cheapest ad-free plan with a custom domain name costs $13 per month. You can use this link here to choose a plan with WIX.
Can I use any other platform besides Wix?
This special is good for WIX websites only.
I currently have a Wix website, can you update it for me?
No. I only make updates to WIX websites that were originally designed by me.
How long will it take to design my website?
Estimated delivery dates generally range from 2 - 4 weeks with each project. Meeting that timeframe largely depends on the client. With active client participation and feedback, most custom websites move through the steps of conception, design, and development within 60 days. There are exceptions to everything. The more involved the client is with decision-making, the faster the site will take shape.
Do you write the content for my website?
No. Provision of content is customer’s responsibility. Copy for all website pages and links needs to be delivered digitally and should be carefully proof-read by the client. Two rounds of revisions will be provided free of charge. Subsequent revisions will be billable at my regular hourly rate.
How will I maintain my website?
Right now I offer 2 Website Maintenance Options: Self Maintenance and Pay as You Go Maintenance.
Self – Maintenance – With the WIX Platform, you will have full administrative capabilities to log into your site from the back-end and make edits, updates, and additions. There are several training resources that can assist you with learning WIX.
Pay As You Go Maintenance – You can contact me and let me know the updates that need to be made and I can create a custom-quote and estimated timeframe for completion. Website updates do not include: adding new pages, fully redesigning pages or page parts, customizing php forms, or creating flash content. Prices for these services must be determined on a case by case basis.
What is your Refund Policy?
Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by Think.Create.Build and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.
When making a purchase, you must use your credit within 6 months of purchase. If you don't use it, you will lose your credit and no refund will be given.
