HOW DOES THIS WORK?
This will give you a general idea of what to expect during the design process.
STEP 1
Submit payment to secure your spot.

Sign up for your FREE WIX account here.

STEP 3
Complete the Website Assessment Form sent to you via the email that you used at checkout.
STEP 4
Submit content for your website.
STEP 5
You will receive the first draft of your website Brand Board within 2 weeks of receiving all necessary information for your website. The Brand Board is designed to confirm the imagery, colors, and fonts that will be used for your website.
STEP 6
Wait 2 - 8 Weeks for your completed website. *Please note that this time can be shorter or longer based on several different factors.
FAQ'S
What is your refund policy?
Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by Think.Create.Build and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.
When making a purchase, you must use your credit within 6 months of purchase. If you don't use it, you will lose your credit and no refund will be given. The only credit that doesn't have to be used within 6 months are website credits. You have 1 year from time of purchase to use your website credit.
Do you offer phone consultations?
I don't offer phone consultations. All communication can be done via email or messenger.
Do I have to pay you upfront for you to begin my design?
All payments must be made upfront before any design work is started.
How many products can I sell on my website?
You can sell an unlimited amount of products on your website. With this Basic Special, I will upload and configure up to 10 products. You can upload an unlimited amount of products to your website. If you need me to upload more than 10 products starting out, I can for an additional fee. It's not hard to upload your own products, and once you learn how to do this, it will be easy for you.
*Please note: If you have a complicated product that has an obsessive amount of different options, such as size, length, color, etc. There will be an additional fee charged for items that require advanced formatting.
Do you write the content for my website?
No. Provision of content is customer’s responsibility. Copy for all website pages and links needs to be delivered digitally and should be carefully proof-read by the client. Two rounds of revisions will be provided free of charge. Subsequent revisions will be billable at my regular hourly rate.
What are your turnaround times?
Estimated delivery dates generally range from 2 - 8 weeks with each project. Meeting that timeframe largely depends on the client. With active client participation and feedback, most custom websites move through the steps of conception, design, and development within 60 days. There are exceptions to everything. The more involved the client is with decision-making, the faster the site will take shape.
Can I use any other platform besides Wix?
This LIMITED TIME ONLY special is good for WIX websites only.
I currently have a Wix website, can you update it for me?
No. I only make updates to WIX websites that were originally designed by me.
How will I maintain my website?
Right now I offer 2 Website Maintenance Options: Self Maintenance and Pay as You Go Maintenance.
Self – Maintenance – With the WIX Platform, you will have full administrative capabilities to log into your site from the back-end and make edits, updates, and additions. There are several training resources that can assist you with learning WIX.
Pay As You Go Maintenance – You can contact me and let me know the updates that need to be made and I can create a custom-quote and estimated timeframe for completion. Website updates do not include: adding new pages, fully redesigning pages or page parts, customizing php forms, or creating flash content. Prices for these services must be determined on a case by case basis.
