With my current special, I'm going to be designing the exterior and interior of your Swag Box. You will not get any physical boxes with this special, however I can set you up with a printer that will be able to print and mail you the finished product.

FAQ's

Will I receive physical boxes?

No. With this special I'm only creating the design for your swag box. I have a printer that I can refer you to for printing.

How much will it cost to print my boxes?

Printing costs is based on the actual size and quantity that you will be ordering. You can check out the printer here in order to see printing prices.

How long will it take to complete my Swag Box design?

Once a payment is made and your online submission form is completed, you will receive your first concept of the design within 5-7 business days. Quality comes first, therefore turnaround times aren't guaranteed. I will take extra, where needed, in order to ensure that each box design meets my standard of quality. Once the first batch of ideas is sent out, the client will provide feedback via email. Desired revisions will take 3-7 business days to complete.

Do you provide the items that will go inside of my box?

No. It is your responsibility to place items inside of your Swag Box once you receive the boxes from the printer.

What is your Refund Policy?

Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by Think.Create.Build and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.

When making a purchase, you must use your credit within 6 months of purchase. If you don't use it, you will lose your credit and no refund will be given.
